Returns and Refunds

 

Slight flaws and signs of wear can be the nature of vintage clothing. Anything noticeable will be noted in the product description.

As Jesse and Iris is a small business, we are operating to a 14 day return policy for UK customers only on full price items bought online. Please be mindful of the impact returns has on a small business, so please check all measurements and descriptions. We are more than happy to provide any further key measurements and photos if need be, just drop us an email.

If you do wish to return your purchase to us, please email us at hello@jesseandiris.com within 48 hours of receipt of purchase with your order number and post your Jesse and Iris item back with the branded price still attached and in original packaging within14 days of receiving your parcel. If the label has been removed but returned within the 14 day window, a credit note will be issued. Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs and ensure it gets back to us safely.  As soon as we’ve received the parcel back and it’s all checked, the refund will be processed (minus the original postage cost)

All sales at pop-ups and fairs are sold as seen and non-refundable.
